d0 error on motherboard after BIOS update
First if all apologies on the blurry pic.
Ive been using this pc since july last year, but 2 days ago i updated my BIOS to the latest version, at first it boots fine then i enter in the bios to enable expo, change suspend to ram to "disable" and enable deep sleep(as on this board even if you whut down the pc the rgb on the motherboard still lights up) after i click save and exit the pc seemed to be booting then suddenly everythings shut down, then it restart by it self and showed me d0 error.
Ive tried to update the bios again using bios flashback but its still the same, then i took the pc apart to check at the socket and cpu, the cpu seemed to have a deformity on the side not sure when that occured as i never took apart this pc before, but honestly when i build this pc i didnt even check the hardware properly for deformity(stupid, i know). So am i fucked?
Heres the list of troubleshooting i did :
-re installes BIOS (BIOS flashback)
-disconnected all USB, RGB and GPU till only the CPU and 1 stick of RAM and change the RAM position and also changed the RAM stick
-reseated the CPU
-Loosen the AIO on the CPU
-change the CPU power cable
-clear cmos using button and taking the battery out overnight
Pc Specification :
-Ryzen 7 9800X3D
-Asrock X870E taichi (i was aware of the issue with amd 9000 cpu early this year)
-Nvidia RTX 5080
-Gskill trident Z 16GB×2 6000Mhz Cl30
-Thermalright Frozen warframe 420mm AIO
-Corsair RMX850
I use this PC daily, mostly for work and maybe 3-4 times a week to game on it. Really thankful if some of you guys can give some insight or any advice for this.
Update : the issue was the processor, it died on me and i was told it might take a month to get a replacement. Might be because the asrock + amd combo.
