18 months since tearing my Lat tendon off the bone
So I tore my Latissimus Dorsi tendon clean off the bone in my shoulder 18months ago wakeboarding. Spent thousands to see surgeons who said they would operate then reneged.
Slow progress to hopefully get back to a muscle up one day while still struggling with pain.
