Update on the Dungeon. It's been awhile and it's still not done

Old pics at the end. Quick note before the panic sets in, my Denon receiver has plenty good cooling despite what it looks like. The wood on top has a 1 inch gap with a 180mm fan on the top. I sealed the gap around the entire top to force it to pull the air through the receiver.

My Frankenstein list of equipment:

Denon x6800h running 7.4.4

MiniDSP 2x4HD for subs

4 Monoprice Caliber Angled In-Ceiling 8in Speakers

4 OSD Black T65-MKII In-Wall speakers

2 Jamo Concert 9 Series C 97 II left and right

1 Jamo Concert 9 Series C 9 CEN II

4 PSA TV18F-M 18in subs

TCL QM8 85 inch tv

Progress has been slow AF! I've built a wall at the back of the room and put all of my surrounds in the wall. The acoustic panels on the back and side hide the speakers and only have rockwool on the top 3ft of the panels.

I also bought 2 more PSA TV18F-M subwoofers and put them on the new back wall. I plan to replace the front 3 speakers at some point. The center channel sounds great but is for sure the weakest part of my system. I haven't decided what to go with. I like the sound of KEF but i'm not sure how well they will handle reference level for sustained periods of time. IDK...

As far as aesthetics I've painted of course. I finally added the LEDs i bought 2 years ago to the top of the room but need some diffusers for them. I changed my panels to black. That's about it.

I also plan to get a bigger screen since the 85 is feeling kinda small now. I haven't decided what direction to go with that either. And I hate my media console. It was nice when I bought it 3 years ago but I need something that fits a bit better.
