Yesterday, I tried to set up a one to one phone call with an eBay consultant to help me with my eBay store.

I received an e-mail today telling me, that I do not have a registered business with eBay. I’m confused, because I do have a basic store with them.

Then I continued reading, and learned that, you either have a personal or business account with them.

I did originally opened has a personal account, however I assumed that by opening a store with them, it would have automatically, became a business account.

Here’s my question… anyone with having dealt with this issue before, what is your opinion on this? Should I leave it alone or switch to business? Any suggestions and comments would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
