First time poster and I'm just here to vent, absolutely over all of this

Hi guys. I've just been a creeper reading and liking comments for a few months now but I feel like it's time I finally post something. So I'll be 31 in a few days and probably for the past 6-8 months I've been feeling like I'm starting to fall into perimetapause. For a few years prior of believed that I have endometriosis and I still don't really know if I don't have it because no doctors will even help me with that let alone my new peri symptoms.

Symptoms: weight gain over the last few years(more than I gained when I was on birth control)

Fatigue- so bad that it's honestly started to affect work

Insomnia around my period which sucks

Brain fog- I am auADHD and something my brain is going a little crazy but this is more severe now and more noticeable.

Joint pain mixed with high inflammation (tailbone, shoulder and neck hurt in general but especially in my luteal phase. I figured out that the inflammation was the big problem took a chance and asked for a medication for inflammation started taking it whenever it actually hurt really bad and Bam it helped. No doctor helped me with that information I had to figure it out all on my own.

My anxiety and irritation have gotten so much worse- I know I have pmdd I've had it for years but my anxiety has gotten to the point where I actually am starting to get small anxiety attacks and that's never happened to me before. The irritation is at such a high level that I will just start to get irritated about something and God help anyone that does the smallest thing to annoy me.

Hair loss- I have thick hair so I always lose some hair in the shower but between the hair and the shower and how much hair is on my hair brush it's a lot, more than I've ever had

I've gone to probably five different doctors between nurse practitioners and gynecologists and they've basically done nothing

I just recently tried to do a couple video calls over MIDI and her answer was I think you should just try to get back on birth control. That was one of the things that a male gynecologist recommended to me almost a year ago. I tried the pills that he gave me and literally felt no different... I'm just out of loss I'm tired of feeling like this, I'm tired of not being taken seriously and every doctor just look at me and go birth control will fix everything

I'm sorry for such a long rant I just don't know what to do anymore..

Hi new poster here👋

Recently went down the rabbit whole of the idea that I might be in perimenopause. I honestly have all the symptoms except for hot flashes/night sweats. That's even debatable. AU-ADHD btw and I've always been sensitive to heat but now it's like I could be in a room that is normally an okay temperature for me 72°-75° and I could get extremely hot where I don't feel well and I have to stand in front of an AC. But anyway to my question that I have for you ladies, so I've heard that your sweat(as in like armpit sweat) can become more potent. Does anyone else have the problem were even if you take a shower and I'm talking early clean, you still have a slight odor?

Also a side question with that is it just like a permanent thing or does it only happen during certain times of the month for you?

-btw I'm going to be 31 in October. I know that's young for this kind of stuff but my hormones have kinda always been all over the place. My period like to play this game where they stay regular for a couple months and then I go to having 2 periods a month. I have like 3-4 light to medium days and then nothing for like 5 days and then I actually have my heavy flow for like 3 days and then it slows down.
