Yall, take Robin's most recent Tabata ride, this was sooooooo good!!

A few posts ago, I had asked if and when ally wears red lipstick and all black it means something- like when Robin wears yellow, it means her classes are hard. Whelp, I just wanted to report back as I am working through Ally's Tabata classes and in this one, she does mention, when she wears red lipstick, and all black, means her classes are harder. Just if anyone else wondered or didn't know. I thought that I had seen a difference in the level of difficulty when I had taken a class of hers in red lipstick. Lol Highly recommend Ally's tabatas now that I myself am hooked on them!

To all of us who will try this tomorrow, may the odds be ever in our favor! 🤣😂 If tomorrow will be as hard as the last two weeks, pelo needs to make the last three known as "advanced" if such feature is available on cycling classes. Also, Ally in her Tuesday cross training class said that the 90 seconds, are her programming! 🫣🤯🫣🤯🫣
