I'm more mentally healthy when I'm not around others who try to force me into their lives as a side character.

I'm not even that introverted. I have found business success and joy in my "grind" with workouts and revenue-generating activity for my employer. Hate socializing, can do it well and mask, but prefer not to.

Often, people want to "pull me" away from internal harmonic rhythm and flow state. They want all of the "energy" that I am directing inwardly toward my daily goals and tasks to try and have that focus onto them.

Essentially bending over backwards to get attention, get into my line of sight, disrupt me with loud noise, strategically time approaches at exits/entrances after observing me, passive aggressive slamming, etc.

Men and women of all ages, and lots of staring because I'm not an ugly or common-looking individual. I'm sort of aromantic and not out looking for friends, and find it irritating when I'm trying to get shit done and focus. You can't seem to escape all the noise of humanity until about 12am to 4:30am weeknights.

I have labelled this external disruption and noise as "static," an adversarial almost.... entity to the above two concepts I linked to. It' s more of a state of mind/being that seems to overtake the limbic system.

I could make a cool little illustration about it here, but just posting this to sort out some philosophical thoughts that could help someone on their path.

No one wants to see gigantic rambling paragraphs on every post it makes people not even want to read the comment shaving to scroll through a shitty fucking essay every single time there is a post.
