Allstate should be ashamed how much they're charging employees bi- weekly for high deductible health plan insurance. Then you're only offering 80% coinsurance after you meet the ridiculous deductible. Allstate is a major brand. The major competitors don't even charge premiums this high even after the choice dollars credits. Even smaller insurance companies offer better benefits. Allstate needs to invest more in their employees. Who cares about a high salary whenever you're taking a huge chunk of it to make them pay for benefits.
