Would an epoxy finish table be easier if kids are constantly spilling drinks on the table?

I am thinking to get an epoxy finish table for our boat since drinks get spilled pretty often and I want something that will be easier to wipe down, I am looking at a few wood tables now and some have epoxy finishes so I am trying to figure out if that surface will work better on a boat, I am thinking about going with one soon but I want to know how it handles water, juice and other drink spills, does the epoxy stay easy to clean or does it start showing marks and scratches from regular use, anyone using an epoxy table on their boat and how is it working for you?

I host friends on my boat often and need more table space, what table setup worked for you?

I host a few people on my boat most weekends and I am going thinking to add another table before the next season because food drinks and small stuff end up all over the seats, I see folding tables pedestal tables and ones that clip onto the rail and I am trying to figure out what makes the most sense for regular use, I want something that gives everyone a spot to set things while still leaving room to move around the deck, I will probably pick one setup and keep it there instead of moving it every trip, what table setup are you using and how is it working for your boat?

Are removable teak tables actually convenient in daily use?

I keep seeing removable teak tables on boats and they look useful, I picture taking it out for lunch then putting it away when I need more space , but I want to know  how that works after a few months of regular use, does the table come out fast or is it one of those things that takes a few minutes every time, does it end up staying in one spot most of the time, I like the idea of having the extra space when the table is out, just looking for real use from people who actually have one, how often do you remove it and put it back in?
