Messaged a new seller about an account to confirm what it was. His list price was 50 then in the messages he said he wanted more but still had the price at 50 instant delivery so I ordered it and none of the info worked messaged the seller and he said tomorrow he’ll get back to me now it’s tomorrow messaged me at four in the morning telling me he had work and has yet to get back to me. What should I do pursue the dispute or wait?
