squat set and rep ideas, scared of injury

Hi all, I was wondering if people can give me details on how many sets and reps they do for squats.

I’m not sure how to progress and I’m scared of injury.

Currently I’m doing about 215 4x8. Idk if that’s beginner or intermediate or not.

Regardless, I did 220 4x10 two years ago and hurt my back on the fourth set, so I’m honestly kinda scared of squats. It was the lower left side which does have some minor flare ups during kickstand RDLs 3x10.

I do a warmup of banded clamshells 2x10, single leg bridges 2x10, dead bugs, some other stretches.

Paid 800, told my filings were handled, now told I need to pay more to complete them?

Hi so I’m a little confused, concerned and frustrated on what to do.

I initially began using HR block in February, the onboarding wasn’t the best either unfortunately. I recall wanting to ask them if there was someone who can answer on if they can do an ITIN for my wife who is overseas. They initially mentioned that that’s doable but then I got a call saying that the manager then requested that I pay $250 for any appointment with a tax professional to discuss ITIN questions. My only question was “can you guys do ITINS for my overseas wife, yes or no” but was told I’d have to book and pay for a session to have that question answered which felt iffy.

I then reached out to another HR block, the manager lady was super nice, friendly, etc. and mentioned that she can try to help me. 15 min later I got a call from the original HR block and the manager trying to say that that’s just the way they do things here etc, I said that I just had one simple question, but he said he can forward me to the tax professional but it would be a 5 min session. So she was very kind, super sweet and friendly and mentioned that she can do everything very easily.

I then sent all the necessary documents, e.g, tax forms, retirements, income I get from rent, invoices, etc. We then set up an appointment where I’d come and fill in all the documents that were required. I then did that, she gave me two documents to mail, a state return as well as an extension (I also was told by the lady that they used to do extensions as a free service to clients but the new manager now charges). I also paid 835ish at this point to HR BLOCK. I mailed both those docs and was then given 3 docs related to the ITIN for my wife. I emailed those to her, she printed, signed and mailed back to America. I then signed, dropped off at HR block.

The lady then said that she’ll take care of the rest after she picks them up. The docs were then mailed to Texas via UPS by the lady and received 5/1.

Today I got a call saying that i need to schedule an appointment, but that they need my credit card to complete it because my 2025 return isn’t done yet. That the lady who was helping me is out of office on vacation for 2 months”. I told guy admittedly harshly that I don’t want to talk to him, and felt that he was just trying to get more money out of me and that I want to talk to the lady.

He then proceeded to call saying that I was being disrespectful, he doesn’t know where the lady is etc, and that he thinks it’s not done yet etc. I admit, I might have been disrespectful but it just seems odd that I paid 800+, was told that I just need to sign and return these docs, that she’ll handle everything, the stuff was mailed out, but now I’m getting this response from HR office near me.

What’s also weird is how he says that I need to pay to see the tax lady because it’s not tax season and they have to come to the office, but then goes on in the hr app message thing saying she’s on vacation, to on the call saying how no one knows where she is and haven’t heard from her in 2 weeks. At this point I kinda want a refund and would rather go somewhere else even if it’s more work.

Salaam all, I was wondering if anyone had any specific type of hijab that you would say doesn’t restrict blood flow or cause headaches when wearing it for about 4ish + hours.

My wife has some but she always gets a headache after wearing them. I don’t know the material.

She does wear a cap over her head first then the hijab but if there are options to forgo the cap if it’s not necessary then I guess that’s fine too.

Also since it’s very hot these days are there any abayas that you all recommend for the heat?

Thank you in advance.
