I've heard this term before & how people submit a request for a subject they have failed. But I've never gotten a proper explanation of what it is.

How does one submit such a request?

Just got the circular saying S1 & S2 supple (2019) that was on 16th moved to 18th. When did they say there is exam on 16th? I can't seem to find the timetable. I looked through the announcements section on KTU website but I couldn't find anything.
I need advice from more experienced players on what operator I should buy first. I've been playing a little since launch but I've not bought an operator yet.
I'm mainly looking to get a defense operator & I'm leaning towards valkyrie or Cav but I'm not sure about the cons of those operators.
Do share your thoughts & tips 😌
