Nearing the end of my region locked Max% run and finally wrapped up the Metyr questline. Surprisingly enjoyed this NPC fight. Jolan was notably devoid of jank, and Ymir gets destroyed by positioning yourself well and punishing his finger births. Only 46 attempts for the hitless. Curious what the masses opinions are on this boss fight.
Scadu Blessing 0 Hitless Metyr Kill
I am pretty sure this is the best build possible in RL1. Cold Star Fists with Blood Misericord can pull a ton of weight on their own. Paired with 2 pieces of Rakshasa armor(2 x 2%), Red Feather (+20%), Axe Talisman (+15%), Blade of Mercy (15%), Magic Tear (+30% Magic), +10 STR Tear, +4 STR/DEX from Divine Beast Helmet. Add Godrick's Greatrune and Twinbird Kite Shield and I think this can out DPS any RL1 build I can come up with.

What started off as a frustrating fight turned out to be super fun. I finally realized why the arena is sloped, so you can get the height to hit his head.
I wanted to try a fun build with Moonveil at RL1. It served its purpose wonderfully and deleted DLC Scaling health bar with 0 Shadow Blessings. Very good weapon, really fun fight
