Can anyone help me to start an automation to turn on low power mode on the watch, whenever the Sleep Focus starts on my phone, and then, auto turn it off!?

Here in Brazil we've got a really common tradition to celebrate babies monthly anniversary.
Due to this, I'd like to create an automation to remind me every 14th day of month to congratulate my homies cuz his baby.
