What are some sources for keeping up to date with NYC/NYS carry laws?

Being in one of the most restrictive places in the entire country, it’d be nice to know when/where I can actually carry. Laws change every day, so I was wondering if there are any sources to keep up to date with all of that for NYC/NYS? I don’t want to be second guessing myself and not know where I can and cannot actually go.

Got approved this morning and purchased my first firearm!

After a painstaking 8 months of waiting after doing my fingerprint / interview, the day has finally come!

Made my first purchase, M&P Bodyguard 2.0. Ready for ultimate concealment this summer, will get a bigger gun in 90 days.

Anyone know approximately how long it’ll take for NYPD to approve my purchase?
