Anyone had success with PRP for a SLAP / bicipitolabral tear? Or has anyone had success with Prolotherapy or Peptides (BPC157, TB500 etc)

Anyone had success with PRP for a SLAP / bicipitolabral tear?

MRI says “nondisplaced superior glenoid labrum tear with a complex tear pattern” and “partial-thickness degenerative tearing of the bicipitolabral complex.” This has been going on for ~1 year and 2 months.

I’ve been through multiple rounds of PT with different therapists, and my shoulder still doesn’t feel right — easily aggravated, flares with overhead stuff and lifting.

Seen a few sports docs and the common recommendation has been PRP followed by another round of PT. That’s the direction I’m leaning at this point.

Has anyone had a similar injury and actually seen success with PRP + PT? Would love to hear how it went.

Or has anyone had success with Prolotherapy or Peptides (BPC157, TB500 etc)

Open to different cuisines — looking for good ambiance, solid food, good drinks/cocktails.

Would also love to support any newer/up-and-coming restaurants if there are any spots people are excited about lately. Open to anything from steakhouses to Italian to Asian fusion, etc. Budget is flexible.

It comes off a bit sketchy to me—having to pay for 3 months upfront just to use it feels like a red flag. The reviews also seem pretty mixed, maybe even leaning negative. On top of that, where are they actually getting their info on open positions If they’re not affiliated with ACGME or any official medical board or association, Curious to hear what others think—has anyone here actually used it or verified where their data comes from?
