How strict is your store on selling Plus upgrades and credits?
So I work front end. Love my job. It's great, it's chill, I love taking to people all good. The goal, at least at my store, is 1 and 1 per day. This week, I've had minimal time on register and 0 on self check because I've been everywhere else. This week, I hit 0s everyday I worked. Even the little bit of time I had on register, just could not get anyone to say yes to either. Like, I'm very clearly putting in the effort here. Pitching to a solid 95% of my customers. Well. My manager has been real pissy about it this week. So, had a one on one with me today telling me that if I continue to get 0s and if I'm not getting one of each per day it will lead to a write up. Does anyone else's manager threaten this or is this strict about it? Just curious.
Also, it's not just me. It's literally all of us except for the few that seem to get them no matter what.
