Gynecomastia PreOp
Some pre op photos to document my journey. Surgery is in 3 days with Dr Sherif at Signature UK, for gland removal + lipo.
Had multiple consults but found Signature to be the best fit for me. One consult told me I am a grade 2b, though I don’t think there’s a unified grading system.
My gynecomastia is bilateral, but when erect they look very different which is clearly visible in the first pic.
From the side profile you can clearly see the mound like structure too. I hope this helps those who are trying to self diagnose, will do an update after my surgery. I’ll do my best to reply to any comments.
