I just recognized her! In the gacha video game where it shows clips and shots of what life was like at Fujimi Academy before the zombie apocalypse, there was a scene called: “Study Of The Dead or Test Of The Dead” in Takashi’s classroom 2-B where all the students sat in different seats.

This girl sat next to Takashi! When she was alive, her hair was neat, she had glasses, and as for her uniform she wasn’t wearing the bowtie but the chest cover of the sailor uniform was up.

If we had gotten season 2, would we have seen more of Takashi’s classmates as zombies, and would Takashi have a bit of survivors guilt that he only focused on saving Rei and Hisashi, as he didn’t even tell Saya what happened at the school gate and he’s known her longer than Rei, as Takashi even protected Saya when they were in kindergarten together and she was being bullied by other students.

I imagine that Saya would immediately butt heads with most of Hyosan group members, and if Daesu mentioned his bathroom idea towards her, she would be slap him senseless and call him names in multiple languages, and would probably boast about her being a genius and showing off how smart she is.
