Last weekend I had to say goodbye to my sweet dear companion Chewy. She was almost 17 and has always been a buttery warm glowing light in my life. She had such a caring, loving personality - she loved all people and always gave so much love to everyone. Always the center of attention. She especially loved me. I'll miss scritching her little chin. I can still feel her sitting in my lap. I can smell her earthy paw smell still. I will always remember her basking in the sun. Hug your dogs for me.
