So I just bought a new LG TV with Alexa built in. I have an Echo Dot in the room where the TV is going.
Does this mean the TV can do all the same things as the Echo Dot (control smart thermostat, turn on/off lights…). If so, can I move the Dot to another room? And will the TV’s Alexa work if the TV is turned off?
I have an Arctic King (single exhaust hose), 8000 BTU portable A/C I use only at night when I sleep. My room is 130 square feet.
The manual specifically says not to use FAN mode with the exhaust hose installed. The exhaust hose is too difficult to remove & reseal (with fluctuating outside temps right now). I live in southeast US.
I would love to use a fan in the window when the temps at night are cool. Why can’t the A/C pull in outside air on FAN mode with the exhaust hose installed?
