I’ve been part of the fandom for a long time, but I’ve mostly been inactive. Recently, I’ve started feeling like I’d really like to join or create a small group of friends with similar hobbies who are also into the fandom.
I tried finding people on Discord or Telegram, but huge group chats just aren’t for me. They feel like constant spam, and it’s rare to actually get a response. I also find it hard to catch up with the conversation and jump in.
I want to start going to conventions too, but probably not until I have some kind of mask at least. So yeah… ;_; I don’t really know where to start. Maybe you have some tips on how to make friends in the fandom?
