I love you only live twice but I have long debated if this girl works for Blofeld or for Tanaka?

The script says this:  "we see a Japanese woman following him. She speaks in Japanese into a microphone concealed in her purse"

Amazon has it as a blofeld agent but other places list her as Japanese intellgence.

So thoughts.. ?
