Since when did r/skibidichillzone become a private community?

Pretty much, I used to be a mod there and then one day I was randomly removed. Just went to randomly check through my dms and saw the icon for it was gone on the modmail and apparently it's private now?

Brief hiatus

Heya guys, this Friday I'll be going away and I won't have any access to reddit at all. This means I won't be able to moderate or help anyone on this sub for two weeks. In the meantime, I'll ensure all the mods are present and active to make sure everyone here feels safe!

All the best guys!

To those who have done mod applications...

Hi there guys, I'm one of the mods here and as you may be aware, the mod applications have been open for a while now. As far as I know this wasn't actually intentional, and we actually have a lot of applications backlogged at the moment. I'm on temporary leave next Friday for two weeks, so I'll spend this week reviewing every application made and we will definitely be recruiting a few of you guys! Thank you for your patience and best of luck!

Many thanks from me and the mod team

For people who did coursework for their GCSE, what's the craziest thing you did in your work?

For my music tech coursework, I managed to integrate a couple references to different games into it. For example I added the valient hero theme from Henry Stickmin as well as the freedom motif from Deltarune

To the UK teens who don't believe in the banning of social media, please consider signing

I want to start a petition – will you sign it?

https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/772378/sponsors/new?token=YBBXf9xpbKVWHDGbs1yF

End the banning of social media for minors and use of ID age verification

A complete ban is impractical and has many negative fall off effects such as lack of engagement within communities which can help build a child's social life. I want ALL discussions for this ban to be discontinued and for alternative solutions that don't risk personal data to be discussed

I agree that cyber bullying is very problematic, however banning social media is not an appropriate way to go about this. Considering the modern world and the future ahead, banning social media for minors can heavily restrict their ability to communicate with different forms of people and cultures, lessening their ability to learn. As well as this, the age verification systems that store IDs have no guaranteed safety for those who aren't minors. For the safety of your own future, please sign.

Seeing Spanish Armada on the Elizabethan paper (Edexcel)

I've seen a couple people asking about what the 667 number means. Turns out theres 2 interpretations

So the first interpretation is a reference to a few songs that are in the same genre. So for example the one in the image but there's also something else. In one of the first Easter egg posters in the first ep you also see the writing "Dream is Dead". This links back to the band Type O Negative (who also made the same song used at the end of ST 79 p2) who coincidentally have a song which name includes 6.67x10^8 and so on.

This could be both seen as DoorClozer highlighting his feelings towards Invis (as seen through the lyrics of all these songs) while also emphasising the last interpretation of this number, which is that 667 is an angel number. Specifically one for spiritual awakening, balance and positive growth. Now that I think about it this again might not be tied strictly to the series but could also be a reference back to the whole invis situation. Hopefully this ties up peoples questions a bit because that's pretty much all I could find significant on this number.
