It is so annoying lately how people are commenting crap whenever a song is “silent”. You really think in these 40k stadiums that just no one knows the words to the deep cuts or maybe people are wanting to soak it in and enjoy the moment? Everyone enjoys music differently and frankly if I was having a deep moment trying to soak in a song I might be annoyed about someone scream singing behind me 🤷🏻..

Edited to add: if you love singing at concerts I love that for you. If you want to sing out sing out! Just cut the shit talk about how people don’t deserve to be there if they aren’t singing.

Also hot take who cares if someone discovered him in stick season and you’ve known him from busyhead… literally the whole point is that he wanted to be heard and make a difference and the whole new fans belong in steerage act is bullshit.

Like literally his dreams are coming true playing these shows and you’re mad he’s not playing your small shows where you paid $20 to be front row… I get it everyone wants easy access to their favorites live shows but this shit is getting old.

To me, Dan is about spending time with people who truly know you and know the experiences that built you… to get a chance to talk about the things you feel like you can’t talk about with everyone else. How even though life is taking you different places, you can still truly relate and bond over these core memories.

I really resent the whole bullying thing that’s going around? But also crying thinking about how much you love your best friend and your lifetime of memories you’ve built together isn’t the worst sort of cry in my opinion?
