Beginner looking for some real life insight

Hi everyone, I just started and am looking to hear from real people on their experience. I just took my third 2.5mg dose, and the drug is working almost too well. I have lost nearly ten pounds (I know a bunch of that is water weight), and I have no side effects. The thing is my appetite is so suppressed, to the point that I have to force myself to eat if I'm going to reach 1400 calories a day. If I just ate what I wanted, I would probably stop around 1000, which I really don't want to do because I know it's unhealthy and counterproductive.

While of course it's fun to see my weight drop and find out that I respond well to tirz, I have to be real and acknowledge that I'm going to need a bigger appetite to make this change a healthy and sustainable one.

Has anyone gone through this before? Can I expect my appetite to return at a more moderate level? Obviously I plan on staying on 2.5mg next month instead of titrating up. If it helps my starting weight was 250lbs, 5'9, mid forties woman.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hi, I got a second lobe piercing about 3 months ago and just noticed some slight discoloration and a bit of pus about a week ago. Because of that I decided to switch out my original hoop for a stud (I was always a bit worried that hoops were a bad idea in the first place). But when I took it out I got to see just how bad it's gotten. It almost looks like my piercing got pushed down by this bump? And why is it so dark?

My other lobe is perfect and both seemed to have been healing just fine until now with zero issues. I'm new to piercings so any advice on what this is and how to approach it would be so appreciated!
