Samira Skin Rating

I'm so sad I don't like the in-game version of the Rose skin, the splash art is soo good.. And I do love the Battle Academia one a lot these last days bit it can never reach the Peak. Still kind of sad about the Ultimate skin. TBF The Space Groove IS very fun...but y'know.

Am I the only one who thinks like this?

Windows wont start with Secure Boot on but off

I'm in desperate need of help because I'm completely out of ideas.

I recently moved into a new apartment and since setting my PC back up, Windows won't boot properly when Secure Boot is enabled. Everything works perfectly fine with Secure Boot disabled.

With Secure Boot ON, Windows seems to load normally until the point where the lock screen should appear. Then both monitors go black. They're still getting a signal (the screens stay on and don't say "No Signal"), but nothing is displayed. I've waited over 10 minutes and tried Ctrl + Alt + Del, but nothing happens. As soon as I disable Secure Boot, Windows boots normally again.

I've already tried a fresh NVIDIA driver install, removing an old duplicate NVIDIA driver from 2020, uninstalling Riot Vanguard because it showed up in an older minidump, and testing with only one monitor connected. None of that fixed it.

I previously got a BSOD with error code 0x0000007E, but now no new minidumps are being generated, which makes me think it's crashing too early for Windows to write them.

Someone suggested it might be a Secure Boot key/certificate issue and that I should try restoring the factory Secure Boot keys in BIOS, but I'm nervous about changing things without knowing what I'm doing. Has anyone run into something like this before or have any idea what I should try next?

Specs:
- MSI B360M Bazooka
- BIOS Version B.10 (2018)
- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
- Windows 11
- Two monitors connected via DisplayPort (same issue with only one monitor connected)
