Two new noises, the first seems like bearings and the last I don’t know it’s towards the end of the video like a humming noise. My radiator fan is off in this video.

I am leaving May but my lease runs until July 31st looking for someone to take it over from June to end of July. My rent is $680 a month and utilities is another $20 a month. It comes fully furnished with a bed and mattress, nightstand, private bathroom, shared kitchen, washer and dryer, and deep freezer. DM me if interested!
