Am I Pregnant?

Am I Pregnant?

I was just asking this question out of lighthearted curiosity as I'm unsure if tarot is really meant to be used this way; however, I'm not getting a clear yes or no from this spread? I wouldn't be able to take an accurate pregnancy test until May 29-June 3 since I most likely ovulated around May 13-16. I'm thinking maybe implantation hasn't even happened yet so tarot wouldn't be able to really answer that question right now hence the vagueness from this spread 😂 What vibe do you get from this spread?

EDIT: I drew a second spread where I instead of asking "am I pregnant" I asked "will I get pregnant this cycle?" I pulled Queen of Cups (which literally jumped out when shuffling), II cups reversed, & ace of cups. The II of cups reversed is throwing me off of what the reading for that draw means since the other two cards seem like a straight out yes.

PM/COS not treated until you're TTC ...

Has anyone else experienced this? It seems like the only time providers want to help you with this is if you're TTC. Everything I do to manage PCOS is by my own research. There are so many other problems related to PM/COS such as diabetes, cancer, cardiac issues. When will we be seen as people and not vessels to reproduce?

EDIT: If you comment about having a good experience in life in Northern Virginia PLEASE drop your provider's name!

Reading Charts for Fertility/Pregnancy?

What is often looked at in relation to fertility and pregnancy in a chart? Specifically involving most fertile periods or periods of potential pregnancy? I've included my chart alongside my 2026 transit chart.

I've been TTC for about a year with an atypical PCOS diagnosis.

* My 5th house is in Gemini and includes Saturn retrograde, North Node, and is ruled by Mercury. This shows that having children is incredibly important in my life. It seems karmic.

-> Does Saturn retrograde in the 5th mean that I will have delays or issues with pregnancy?

-> Does Gemini in the 5th house represent have twins/triplets/etc or just multiple children?

* Jupiter in Cancer makes it seems like I need to focus on adjusting my health.

-> What health adjustments need to be done? I have changed my diet, incorporated working out, and have made some other lifestyle adjustments. Labwork shows I am healthy (only abnormal labs are AMH and testosterone, both elevated, which is normal for PCOS). I am a healthy weight for my height and always have been.

* Saturn opposing Sun/Pluto makes it seem like my fertility is tied to deep transformations such as major milestones, intense life experiences, etc.

-> What exactly does this mean?

It seems like I have a "fertile activation window" between May 2025-June 2026, which is interesting considering I went off of birth control in May 2025. Jupiter only transits Gemini (my 5th house) every 12 years, so the timing is perfect it seems. My North Node is in Gemini, and Jupiter reaches late Gemini around May 2026 (aka ... now?). I'm new to reading transits, so I'm not sure if what I'm saying/looking at is correct.

-> Does anything in my chart lead you to believe I would conceive within this window (from now-June 2026)?

TLDR; What is used to predict pregnancy and show insights to fertility? Does anything in my chart stand out to you in that realm?

EDIT to include vedic:

Vedic Astrology Chart; Lahiri

Vedic Transits; Lahiri

SIMS 4 DLC

I had somehow managed to download a DLC unlocker/updater for Sims 4 and it worked great. I stopped playing for a while, came back to it, and realized that the Royalty & Legacy pack is no longer working with it? I tried to redownload it but nothing works. I can't even find the original place I downloaded the DLC to begin with and don't want to accidentally download a virus. I'm not tech savvy at all and have no idea what to do.

I went off of birth control in May 2025. I was frustrated with never having a normal cycle (would have a period 2-3 times a year ever since my first menstruation) and health care providers just giving me the birth control bandaid. I had a normal cycle (dates/length listed at end) up until March 2026 when I skipped a period. I took Provera from March 22-31 and got my period on April 24.

I recently had lab work done and received a PCOS diagnosis. It's interesting to me because I have no outward symptoms of PCOS and nobody in my family has had any reproductive issues (all had normal periods, conceived without issues, no cancer, nothing). I am 24 years old, 5'8 and 138 lbs if any of that matters.

I had a CBC with Differential/Platelet and Comp. Metabolic Panel (14).

Everything came back in normal range; however there are a few results that were very close to not being normal. Creatinine was 0.57 and below that is considered abnormal. My BUN/Creatinine ratio was fine though. I'm assuming it's low because I haven't worked out in a while due to school and work, but I do plan to change that soon. My fasting glucose was 92 (70-99 normal range), but my A1c was normal at 5.3 (range is 4.8-5.6%)

DHEA-Sulfate, FSH, Prolactin, Estradiol, Progesterone, TSH reflex to T4, 17-OH Progesterone LCMS, - all normal.

The only abnormal results were Testosterone, Total, LC/MS at 69.6 (normal range 10.0-55.0). Free testosterone (direct) was pulled but the test was not performed due to deterioration of specimen handling. I'm debating on getting this redone or not. And AMH at 18.8 (normal range 1.23-11.51).

These results were taken from CD 52, March 18 2026. I have also had a transvaginal ultrasound that confirmed PCOS awhile ago. I'm not sure of the CD, but they confirmed a string of pearls. I also have an arcuate uterus, but they said this should not be a problem/worry.

My past cycles, not including my placebo pill cycle on my last birth control pack when I went off of it in May 2025 have been:

June 25-Jul 25 2025 (31 day cycle)

Jul 26-Sep 3 2025 (40 day cycle)

Sep 4-Oct 6 2025 (33 day cycle)

Oct 7-Nov 9 2025 (34 day cycle)

Nov 10-Dec 15 2025 (36 day cycle)

Dec 16-Jan 25 2025/26 (41 day cycle)

Jan 26-Apr 23 2026 (88 day cycle) - had to take Provera to start period

Apr 24 - current 2026 - on day 7 of period (final day of period)

--

My OBGYN is convinced I need birth control to prevent cancer. I think this is bullshit because I have had a period every month and if I don't have a period, I can just take provera/progesterone again. She claimed it was due to my elevated testosterone, not just not having a period, but logically that makes no sense to me.

I am sort of passively TTC. I'm in a healthy relationship where I live with my partner and have been with him for years. I'm not actively trying in the sense of inducing ovulation, IVF/IUI, etc because I'm currently in school and don't want to go through the stress of trying like that; however, my partner and I are both fully prepared if I did conceive naturally. I finish my program in 2028 and if I have not conceived by then, we are willing to try ovulation induction and other measures.

I guess my biggest question is what do I need to do? I was given zero guidance by my OB. It was essentially birth control or nothing. I have started taking Theralogix's Ovasitol. I'm creating a workout routine that involves strength training at least twice a week and walking daily. I intend to eat whole foods and minimize eating out or processed foods. I'm considering ashwagandha when I'm stressed to help with cortisol, lol. Is there anything else I should be doing? Are there other labs that should be pulled? Anything at all advice wise?
