I got rlly sad Bcs I don’t have any family to hangout and talk to on the Fourth of July i got really STUPID and drank and then I started crying in public (none of my closes neighbors saw me) but two people far way from my house saw me and I called 3 ppl rlly drunk and I don’t know what to say and how to reply after now

I haven’t done any skincare for two weeks as of now and the bumps around my eyes went away i never really got bumps around my nose and mouth, i havent done any skincare for two weeks dont use fluoride toothpaste and Ive just been washing my face with water
I do have some skincare stuff Ive been Reccomended but I’m confused on how long to do what, zero therapy, and when to start washing my face or to implement products when?
I have vanicream moisturizer and cleanser and the ordinary azeliac acid i have to wait up to a month to possibly see a derm im kinda seeking advice from here on what to do
