Mich interessiert wie es ausgehen wird, ob der Täter seine gerechte Strafe erhalten wird?

Destroyed my foot in february, my ankle dislocated and one of my bones was sticking out. I got surgery the same night and they put a fixateur on it, ten days later second surgery and a lot of Hardware was installed, hope to get rid of it next year... 2026 sucks

I broke my foot in february really bad, slipped on ice when we had the worst weather in Germany

My ankle was dislocated and needed to be fixed in the ambulance asap because there was no puls in it. One of my Bones was sticking out, that wasn't even painful when it happend because i did not feel anything, i just heard the bones cracking and felt some kind of Splitter at the ankle. My foot was looking in the wrong direction so i knew immediatly i was fucked.. emergency surgery the same night and they put on a fixateur externe, second Picture is after the final surgery 10 days later.

Accident happend in february, i can now walk again but will the pain ever disappear? It got better but i feel some strange pain like for a week now, feels like some knife stabs under the skin, really painful and the worst thing is that the pain comes random, even If i dont walk. I went to bed yesterday and in the moment i would fall asleep i almost cried from pain, what could that be? Healing nerves? My foot is still a bit numb on the sole, at the little toe particularly
