Seeking constructive criticism on how to drawing figures from a top down perspective

Really struggling to draw the female anatomy from top down perspective , the gesture also feels off on most of these figures ,like i know something is wrong but can't point out exactly on slide 1 top right and slide 2 bottom left.

Aside from these i would also very much appreciate any tips or constructive criticism on drawing figures in perspective or the female anatomy in general as it's pretty clear i need to work on a lot of things xD

(Also I used references as you can see , please don't remove the post this time xD)

Thank you very much for your time and attention in advance:))) and have a great day ! :))

Genuinely confused as how to approach shading this without messing up the values

As the title says ,

The context of this scene is that this man is entering inside a dark chamber with no lights , and it's raining outside , so the only light source is coming from right side . It sounds good but in practice as I start to shade his head and torso darker , the value of the background and the character starts to almost blend into each other . I tried experimenting different variations of value hierarchy but nothing seems to work :(( , can anyone please kindly help on what should be hierarchy of values on this .

Also this is supposed to be a greyscale piece so i won't be adding colours

First time doing proper study for torso anatomy

As the title says, first time doing proper study of torso anatomy ,tho i did left out alot of muscle groups for now and only focused on a few as I thought It would overwhelm me a bit too much (lemme know if this was the right decision or not ) please let me know about the notable flaws that you could see in this , even though I have drawn the torso a lot of times before too ,i still struggle with drawing the relationship among rib cage and pelvis ,thus the poses coming out awkward or stiff , I also realised while studying these that i struggle with depicting the volume of muscles too .And I used references for these .

Apologies if I made any mistakes conveying my thoughts in this post ,as I'm not a native English speaker.

Thank you for your time and attention:))
