Buying first pair of boots

I’ve done a lot of DIY and miscellaneous work but never decided to buy boots and instead just absolutely beat the snot of out some old sneakers. Unfortunately for me, my new job requires it, and now, I’m stuck wishing I already had a pair.

I’ll be on my feet for around 10 hours a day on a production floor and machine shop. I have plantar fasciitis so a pair of boots that would mould to my feet overtime and maintain support is essential. Composite/steel toe is mandatory. I’ll be working in all different weather conditions so I would at least like water resistance. I have a budget of $250 but I can be flexible with that.

That’s all I can think of off the top of my head, what’re some of your recommendations?

Sony WH-1000XM4

First things first I’m a complete normie who is in no way an audiophile. That being said I still want a decent set of headphones to listen to my music without missing too much. I’ve been looking at a used pair of Sony WH-1000xm4s that I can get for 100 bucks but seeing some posts after doing further research it seems maybe they aren’t the best option? Just looking for a durable pair of headphones that are under 200 dollarydoos. Not sure if this information is relevant but I’m playing music from a Sony NW-A25 Walkman with the audio formatted in FLAC. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Edit: oh and I would prefer that it has both Bluetooth and an audio jack
