I'm a native Bangla speaker but my Bangla writing is very weak. My rochona marks now are usually around 16/25 (improvement from a few months ago where it was 10/25). My teachers rarely help much at all (most of the time they just write a set of shondhi/bagdhara on the board and write the answers at the end of the class, or a rochona topic with some explanation on what we could write with no correction classes).

Would like tips on improvement in creative writing and comprehension as well.
