Basically as title says. I filled out my 4473 and paid the transfer but I am delayed. I was told delays clearing are behind by between 24-36 hours. Worst case scenario if I can't clear and get it today will be I can't get it until after the ban. If my 4473 is done, my delay is clear, and my transfer is paid is it legally mine? Would Xcal not be in violation by handing it over?

Basically as title states. I have tried googling it with little success because the search results will either home in on the farlands keywork or general lag advice. I want to play a server at the farlands in old beta 1.7.3. I have the server, I'm at the farlands, and now the final boss is the lag. I have a beefy computer and am not opposed to using mods, tweaks or anything to get it to run smooth. Is there anything I can do?
