
Is support always this terrible?
For context I ordered a Pixel 10 pro last week, and it was supposed to arrive yesterday. In the morning I got a notification that the shipment was undeliverable and that I should reach out for a refund. UPS tracking clearly stated the box was found empty when it arrived in my city and was discarded, I figured it would be a quick easy situation to resolve.
When I called yesterday the rep said it was being returned to sender (not true) and I should wait 24 hours.
Today, it took 45 minutes on the phone and multiple escalations but I finally seemed to have the order refunded, and the rep said they would be issuing a replacement. But then I got this email which just contains a bunch of contradictory information, including that my refund is both being processed and not being processed. It seems like it was just AI generated nonsense.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? At this point im having reservations about even ordering a replacement phone.
