Been using this app for a long time then last Saturday I tried logging in but it is now requiring OTP. The thing is I am not receiving any OTP from them.

Had exceeded my 'Resend OTP' tries.
Escalated it to the Live Chat Agent but their resolution was to have my number changed. Seryoso? Customer mag aadjust?

So frustrating

First time in a while that Maribank is requiring an OTP upon login, usually they just use a pin. Now, I am not receiving any OTP no matter how many time I click on resend. I am on queue with their Chat Support but
its also taking a while. Anybody that had the same experience?
