I can never get the compression underneath the sygyt. I can do overtones but how do I compress with the overtones?

I’m 22, from 20-21 I Lost a lot of hair in this area of my head, then it just stopped, I keep preparing to lose more but it’s healthy, won’t grow back, but won’t fall out, I just want y’all’s input, am I eventually gonna lose it all, or is it cause I’m addicted to smoking cigarettes everyday and drink alcohol once a week.
