Orb sightings have been almost non existent for me this year. What are your experiences so far for 2026?
So last year in February I had a sighting that led me down a long road of research and introspection, it's a whole other story. But the first night it was spectacular, I have never seen them move in and around the forest like I did that first night. It seemed like every night after that at the same times and same locations I'd see "orbs" appearing and disappearing like fireflies.
It got to be so predictable I kind of dismissed them as satellites, even though I watch the sky every night and I know what satellites look like. And these would change directions and speeds and things I just.. I couldn't understand how they were doing this in the sky and I never noticed, how no one else noticed.
Then I started bringing my family outside to see them, every time I'd bring a new family member outside to watch the first time, not only would they show up, but they would briefly form a triangle and the whole thing would rotate. We were all equally just amazed. It's kind of changed everyone's lives here and opened some minds. And if nothing else I think we've all gotten a lot more in touch spiritually since then.
But anyway, that was pretty much it. They continued until the end of the year basically but they aren't showing up much at all this year, for me or anyone else here. I've been curiously looking into things since then, like ce5 just to see if it's something maybe I can interact with instead of just witness, but still just maybe a handful of random sightings now, at random times and locations in the sky, flashes, all the satellites, but no long duration groups of "fireflies" like before. I guess it was just a flap?
