Both trains are stopped about 50 metres from the platform due to someone on the side of the down line

A question about multiple race weekends

Hi all,
I wanna go to the sandown 500 this year as a bit of a birthday present for my dad, and I only plan on going on Sunday. As I follow formula 1 mainly and Supercars only casually, I automatically think of Sunday as “race day”. But with Supercars having anywhere from 1-4 races per weekend, is there any particular importance of the Sunday race compared to say a Friday or Saturday? Does it offer more points or is it any more “exciting” we’ll say?
Also, if it makes any difference I plan on getting grandstand tickets which I’ve heard has a great view at sandown so I think every day will be good, but I’m mainly just curious

Which track do you think consistently hosts the most “weird winners”?

For me, it’s gotta be Monza in recent years, mainly just because of gasly and Ricciardos wins in 2020/21

Would you rather a “fixed” or “free” engine regulation?

To be clear, a fixed regulation is what I’d call the current and previous regulations, in which engine size and format is all regulated down to bore and stroke. Free engine regulations however, are basically the 1990 regulations which (correct me if I’m wrong) were 3.5L of any format from 8-12 cylinders NA.
Suppose in the 2030 redo, instead of v8s they reintroduce this, would you rather the v8s or free format?

I can’t say much for the other stations as I only ever use state library, but why is it that from the benches, you cannot see the PIDs for what trains next? I’m lucky in that I can just get up with ease to peek around the corner and look, but many people aren’t so fortunate and if you miss the announcements, you’d have no clue whether the next train is a Cranbourne, pakenham, westall, etc. etc.

this seems like a pretty big accessibility issue, if only there was some big, unused screen on the platform centres that would tell you the next train….
