To those who have quit cigarettes, how did you do it? Medication, patches, ect....
Hi all. I've read that it's harder for schizo people to quit smoking compared to normal. After many attempts, I'm going to try again and am wondering what has worked for others in this group. Thanks for any advice you might have.

Does anyone else feel overwhelmed when around a strobe light?
When I'm around a strobe light I become completely overwhelmed and can barely see. The distress lasts for a bit after I get away from it. Is this a common problem for people with schizoaffective or is it a sign that something else is going on?
