Audience

Normally I don't like to make public complaints, but yesterday in Lausanne I had what is probably the worst crowd experience of my life at a concert.

People who had seen the band the night before and at least forty times overall, completely lacking any empathy or consideration for the person next to them once they reached the barrier.

I was really looking forward to this show. For the first time in my life, I got there in the morning to get a decent spot, and in the end, despite being right at the barrier, I constantly felt uncomfortable and overwhelmed. It feels like a sort of toxic mythomania is spreading, and I honestly think Fontaines deserve a better audience than this. I'd like to know if it was just my impression.

PS: I go to at least 10 concerts a year across different bands and genres, and I believe that with just a little more generosity and respect, everyone can actually enjoy the show.
