Hi All,

Recently I noticed a lack of a dedicated Angeles NF hiking/backcountry website. It seems Los Padres gets a lot more love than Angeles, despite being MUCH less visited. So I'm creating a website, very creatively called hikelosangeles. A lot of trails I hike see little-to-no love, and AllTrails isn't a great resource for this. The goal is to make a website, geared toward backcountry exploration, (but not exclusively) that has trails, springs, and camps and reports users can leave on them, to get current conditions.

So, what features would you all like to see integrated into the site? I'll see if I can't add some of them.

Also, if you'd like to provide historical information (I'm still missing a cross referencing lists of official trail names, like "12W08=Bear Canyon Trail", other than just this, similar to how the Los Padres has this, a dedicated series of blogs detailing the history of trails in the forest and their numbers), I'd be more than happy if you could shoot me a reddit message. Especially if you have historic ANF visitors maps :) Much appreciated!
