Chest pain from weed?
I’ve never smoked or eaten weed so I had zero tolerance but one time in Amsterdam in May me and my girlfriend halved an edible we both went to sleep and I woke up and my heart rate was 170 bpm. That scared me and lasted around 30 minutes, I was shaking and sweating. Now I’ve had chest pain for two months on my left side. Anyone help
I’ve also been to doctors for
Echocardiogram
ECG
Blood test
Blood pressure
My heart listed to
And everything has came back fine but I still get random pains in my chest

Left sided chest pain
For around 2 months I’ve been having sharp pains on the left side of my chest, that feels like it goes in a straight line from my chest into my back directly behind the pain. I’ve been to the walk in and had done blood tests, ECG, echocardiogram, and my blood pressure and they listened to my heart but everything has came back absolutely normal. I can’t make the pain happen it simply just comes and goes on its own. It’s not brought on by exercise and if anything I notice it more when I’m resting. I’ve gotten pretty bad anxiety from it so I think I might just need to relax for it to get better but it’s hard.
Anyone else have similar symptoms?
I’m a 20 year old male 5’10ft 80kg and I’m very active and eat rather healthy. Never smoked or taken any drugs ever.
