This is pretty much my situation as I live in a small apartment but am headed to a local park that has public grills this weekend. I was thinking of a sous vide ribeye and some corn on the cob but other than that I’m open to any ideas!

Hey all! I'm trying to repair my dusty old aeron and I wanted to confirm what I think the two problems with it are. The rod extending out of the cylinder looks like it could be solved with this clip. The missing screw looks like a missing front shoulder screw, however, I can't seem to find this screw anywhere as a replacement part. Any suggestions for how I could get one of these?
