Just a random thought I had, do we know what kind of tree it might be? Also who else noticed the little people under the tree?

I was unaware this one might be considered illegal until my mom brought it up. She said it’s a quick release. I know some aren’t allowed, but I assumed it was okay due to it being a pocketknife and not one of those ones with the button that comes out the top?

Edit: just opened it playing with it and all it did when it hit me was hurt my finger so no “hey look at this *stab unexpectedly*”
