Dilution - question

Thinking of investing soon but given the recent run up it seems like it would be prudent for them to raise additional capital for further growth soon. In which case I think investing after the dilution would be wise. What do you all think?

The shorts

I have been long from 6-7 dollars early this year and sold before marvel cancelled order. Now with all this run up on meaningless news I’m tempted to go short. Help me understand why this move up isn’t retail pump that’s about to get dumped
