Has anyone ever had problems with their spring bars? I have a Ti Khuraburi and I have had one spring bar pop out three times now. One time my watch fell about 4 feet face down onto the floor. Thankfully it was okay. I have all the tools to put the spring bar back in but I am not sure why it keeps popping out. Anyone else have any issues? I give the band a good tug and it does not budge at all but after a few days it sometimes pops out. I am thinking of just replacing it. Thoughts?

Hi everyone. I recently got a Polar H10 HRM and have been using it just over a week. I have done 2 strength training workouts, 3 HIIT workouts, and 3 treadmill workouts.

With my first strength training workout, I would open and close the app throughout to change music. Anytime I closed the app, it lost connection. My heart rate zone chart would have gaps between readings. The second strength training workout I started the workout and did not get into the app until after and my chart had no gaps and recorded everything during the session.

My first HIIT workout did the same as my first strength training. My second workout I kept the app open and watched the entire time and it never lost connection. Did the same with the third and it worked properly. I do my HIIT workouts on Rogue Echo Bike and it does connect to show live readings of my HR.

I cannot get my treadmill workouts to work. I have a Sole F65 and I am able to pair with my H10 so I can see my live readings on the screen. However, I keep the app closed throughout the workout and when I go to open it afterwards it will show my min, max, and avg HR but no chart or time in appropriate zones.

With all of these workouts, I properly get the strap wet and fitted. The sensor is on because in the Polar Flow app I can see my HR prior to working out. Battery is brand new. Strap brand new.

I have done research online but I cannot figure out what is wrong. Do I need to either keep the app open or closed at all times? I am a newbie at this so if I am missing something simple please let me know. I appreciate all the help.

Anyone ever done the combo of the white dial with a stainless steel bezel on the Komodo Ti? I think I want to do it but wanted to see if anyone has done it before and has pictures. Unsure of how the stainless steel bezel would look with the titanium band.

Trying to decide between the Swordfish and Blacktip both in Crimson Red. Seems like the Blacktip is slightly more expensive and has a better movement. Any thoughts between the two?

Hey everyone. I got a Khuraburi Ti in the middle of June. I’ve worn it maybe 5 times and starting to have some issues. I have two examples.

1. When using the hack feature, the seconds hand does not stop. It continues to move so I am unable to set the time accurately.

2. When I change the orientation of my wrist, the seconds hand will simply stop moving (watch is not hacked during this).

I reached out to Matt at Helm and he said it sounds like there is an issue with my movement. Has anyone had this issue happen with any other Helm watches? I am extremely cautious when wearing my watches and have taken great care of all of them.

Matt is going to send me a new watch and I will send this one back. Fantastic customer service but curious if anyone else has had this issue before?

My waitlist number is getting closer and closer for me to purchase a Komodo. I am torn on what to do. Not sure of what dial, bezel, or strap/bracelet to combine. Out of the options online, I prefer the white or black dial, but could be convinced on the orange or yellow dials. If you have either Komodo SS or TI, please post some pictures of your watches so I can help get a better idea of all my options. Thanks everyone!
