short version is that comcast had area maintenance and when service came back up for some reason I got a new ip address outside my region. it’s been causing constant issues with service just dropping every little bit for 5 minute then “working “ again . I’m trying to get through but your ai agents can’t seem to understand this problem trys to schedule a tech then fails and tier one doesn’t seem to understand either. who do I contact
