Untreated Water from Sewage Lines merging at Hathaikheda Dam: Pure Negligence by Authorities

BCF can either keep conducting clean up drives infinitely, or we can try and intervene as a pressure group to the stakeholders that are responsible for the mess they're creating.

In Frame: *Hathaikheda Dam* 📌

2 Major (and many more minor) sewer lines merge into the dam without any treatment/STP.

We cannot tackle it just by clean up drives. But we all , as citizens who care, can definitely try to make the authorities work.

I have filled the 104 form (for 12A and 80G) for my NGO

I have filled the form on the 7th of May and today I opened the income tax filling website and checked under filled forms, It's showing successfully e - verified and it has an acknowledgement number and also shows the download form option.

Now I don't know what's the next step and what to do.

Can anyone help me with this?

BTW we are doing plantation and clean ups and we are also collecting funds.

And I don't know how to use the form and I'm confused.
